Everglades Isle
Location: Everglades City, Florida
Nestled in beautiful Everglades City on Florida’s Gulf Coast, Everglades Isle is a luxurious motorcoach resort and marina. The resort allows Class A or Super C motorhomes that are at least 36 feet in length and 12 years old or newer.
The resort has 59 campsites, all of which have full hookups and concrete pads topped with beautiful brick pavers. Waterfront sites are directly adjacent to the resort docks. Campers can sit at their site and watch for manatee, dolphins and heron or drop in a fishing line.
At Everglades Isle, the enormous clubhouse is the heart of the resort. It contains a full-service bar and restaurant, a fitness center, movie theater, a salon and spa, office space and plenty of room to just lounge and relax.
Other amenities at the resort include a saltwater pool, a poolside bar, a hot tub, pickleball courts, a fenced dog park and an outdoor dog wash station.
Hearthside Grove Lake Erie
Location: Geneva, Ohio
Next up on our list of the best Class A only RV resorts is Hearthside Grove Lake Erie. This Ohio resort is located in the picturesque surroundings of Geneva-On-The-Lake. The resort allows Class A RVs that are 30 feet or longer and no more than 10 years old.
Hearthside Grove has over 100 huge RV campsites. All campsites are pull-ins with concrete pads, full hookups and free Wi-Fi. Some premium sites offer gas firepits, covered pavilions, waterfront patios and waterfall features.
Amenities at the resort include laundry services with pick-up and drop-off, a clubhouse, pickleball courts, an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, free fishing rod rentals, a fitness center, a movie theater and complimentary bike rentals.
Hearthside Grove also has a sister property in Petoskey, Michigan. This location also offers luxury motorhome campsites and tons of amenities.
Hilton Head Island Motorcoach Resort
Location: Hilton Head Island, South Carolina
For a first class RV experience in the south, visit Hilton Head Island Motorcoach Resort. The property is located just one mile from Atlantic beaches and the island’s most popular restaurants. Class A and Class C motorhomes that are less than 10 years old are permitted.
Hilton Head Island is a large RV park with 400 campsites. All sites include include full hookups, cable TV and Wi-Fi. Many sites include shade trees, lake views and outdoor furniture.
The resort also has many amenities including a swimming pool and hot tub, a fitness center, pickleball and tennis courts with a rentable ball machine, a snack shack, a dog park and a self-service dog wash station.
Campers will also have easy access to the surrounding area. There are paved biked paths located right next to the resort and it is an easy walk to local restaurants and grocery stores.

Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort is the premium camping destination in Sin City. The resort only allows true Class A motorhomes that are less than 10 years old and between 25 and 45 feet long.
The large resort has over 400 campsites with concrete pads and full hookups. Many lots include private outdoor pavilions with built-in barbeques, outdoor kitchens, TVs and comfortable lounging spaces.
The gated resort has plenty of onsite amenities, including 5 swimming pools, whirlpools, pickleball and tennis courts, a gym, a putting green and a fenced dog park.
Of course, since the resort is just a few minutes from the strip, guests can also enjoying all the casinos, nightlife and fine dining available in Las Vegas.
Motorcoach Country Club
Location: Indio, California
Located in Indio, part of the Palm Springs resort area, Motorcoach Country Club is a 5-star RV resort that accommodates only Class A motorhomes 30 feet and longer.
The resort offers 400 full hookup sites with concrete pads, surrounded by palm trees. The sites are amazing! Several sites come equipped with their own private plunge pools, hot tubs, pavilions or luxury outdoor kitchens.
With all its amenities, campers never need to leave the Motorcoach Country Club to have a fabulous vacation. Activities include pickleball and tennis courts, a 5-star restaurant, a swimming pool and a par 3 golf course.
The resort is located directly on 2 miles of navigable canals, where campers can enjoy cruising in electric boats, kayaks and paddleboards. Almost 100 of the campsites are located directly on the water and include their own private dock.

Mountain Falls Luxury Motorcoach Resort
Location: Lake Toxaway, North Carolina
Back on the east coast, Mountain Falls is another fabulous Class A only RV resort. Located in the North Carolina mountains, the property offers incredible views from every site. Only true Class A motorhomes that are at least 26 feet long are allowed.
The resort has over 200 campsites, all of which have concrete or brick paver pads and full hookups. Many of the sites have private pavilions with lounging areas, fireplaces and full outdoor kitchens.
Amenities at Mountain Falls include pickleball courts, a 9 hole executive golf course, 2 swimming pools, a hot tub, a fitness center and a dog park.
Outdoor lovers will appreciate that the resort is close to hiking trails, white water rafting adventures and over 150 waterfalls.

Pacific Shores Motorcoach Resort
Location: Newport, Oregon
Located directly on the ocean, Pacific Shores Motorcoach Resort is an amazing motorhome only RV resort. The resort is restricted to Class A and Class C motorhomes, 29 feet or greater in length.
The resort has almost 200 campsites, all of which have full hookups with cable and Wi-Fi. For a true luxury experience, book one of the premium ocean front sites that have private waterfront patios.
All campers at Pacific Shores can enjoy their premium amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool, a heated, indoor swimming pool, a hot tub, a sauna, a gym and pickleball courts.
The best feature at Pacific Shores is the direct beach access. From the top of the beach access trails, campers can enjoy a beautiful view of the Yaquina Head Lighthouse, the tallest lighthouse in Oregon.

Pelican Lake Motorcoach Resort
Location: Naples, Florida
The second Florida location on our list of the best Class A only RV resorts is Pelican Lake Motorcoach Resort. Located on a lake, just minutes from the Gulf of Mexico, the resort is a haven for owners of Class A motorhomes that are at least 33 feet long.
The resort houses around 300 campsites with full hookups. All sites have concrete or brick paver pads. The best sites are in the lakeside cul-de-sac and feature huge patios with expansive water views.
Amenities at Pelican Lake include an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, a business center, a fitness center, pickleball courts with lights, an outdoor bar and grill and a stage for live entertainment.
Campers who want an easier way to get around the resort can elect to rent a golf course for their stay.
Ruidoso Motorcoach Ranch
Location: Alto, New Mexico
Located in central New Mexico, Ruidoso Motorcoach Ranch is a fully appointed wilderness retreat. The Class A resort also limits guests by age. No guests under 12 years of age are permitted.
The small resort has just 29 spacious campsites, allowing for more privacy. All of the campsites have full hookups, concrete pads, private patios with gas firepits, Wi-Fi and cable TV.
With a focus on nature, the resort has less amenities than most Class A only RV resorts. Onsite features include private nature and hiking trails and a party pavilion with a large barbeque for group entertaining.
StoneRidge MotorCoach Village
Location: Blanchard, Idaho
For campers who love luxury and nature, StoneRidge MotorCoach Village is the perfect motorhome resort. The resort accepts Class A motorhomes only with a minimum length of 31 feet.
The small resort has less than 100 campsites. All of the sites have full hookups, concrete pads and Wi-Fi. Several sites also have pergolas with shaded lounging space, firepits or outdoor kitchens.
Resort amenities include a heated, outdoor swimming pool and spa, an indoor swimming pool, pickleball and tennis courts, an 18-hole golf course, an onsite restaurant, a fitness center and a huge fenced dog park with a bathing area.
The resort’s Idaho location also gives campers immediate access to thousands of forested acres with hiking, biking and ATV trails.
