RV living (or travel) is the greatest way to explore North America. However, many RV dwellers long for additional space for sleeping or storage. Fifth wheel RVs with loft space offer this additional room without expanding the length of the RV. Below are 12 awesome fifth wheels with lofts.

Forest River Fifth Wheels with Lofts
Arctic Wolf 3750 SUITE
Length: 42 feet, 9 inches
This oversized Arctic Wolf fifth wheel features two-bedroom suites. The main suite, in the nose of the fifth wheel, includes a king-sized bed and a huge closet. There is another full bedroom with a half bathroom in the rear of the RV. The loft is located over the main bed in this rear bedroom.
A second entry provides complete privacy for guests using the rear bedroom. The 3750 SUITE also features an island kitchen with a big pantry.
Cardinal Limited 36MB
Length: 42 feet, 7 inches
Another fifth wheel with a secondary rear bedroom, the Cardinal 36MB has a great layout for campers with large families.
The mid-bunkroom includes triple bunks, a pull-out desk, a television, and a wardrobe. Above the bunkroom is a sleeping loft, which is via a ladder inside the bunkroom. With the bunks and large loft, there is room to sleep at least 5 kids.
The main bedroom in the front of the fifth wheel has a king bed and a large closet. Other notable features include an island kitchen, a hi-top table and chairs with seating for 4, and a hide-a-bed in the main living area.
Impression 330BH
Length: 41 feet, 0 inches
The name of this high-end fifth wheel says it all. It was designed to leave an impression. The 330BH floorplan features a spacious rear suite with a queen-sized sofa bed, an attached half bathroom, and a queen-sized sleeping loft. The loft even has its own cabinets for clothing or toy storage.
The main area of the RV features a walk-in pantry and a tri-fold sofa for even more sleeping space. This RV features many small but thoughtful touches.
For example, the interior stairs were left open to create shoe storage space. Outside, campers will enjoy the outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator and cooktop.
Heartland Fifth Wheels with Lofts
Milestone 370FLMB
Length: 44 feet, 2 inches
Bighorn’s Milestone FLMB fifth wheel is laid out with a bonus room in the middle of the RV. This kids’ room includes a set of bunk beds and a closet with washer and dryer preps. A loft, which is accessed from a ladder on the kitchen pantry door, sits above the bonus room.
In front of the bunkroom is a large mid-kitchen with a big island, a coffee bar, and a dining table. The front livingroom has comfortable seating for six people.
The bedroom, located in the rear of the fifth wheel has a king-sized bed. The RVs only bathroom site between the main bedroom and the bunkroom.
Corterra 3.5
Length: 39 feet, 9 inches
For Heartland fans who prefer a rear loft, consider the 2-bathroom Corterra 3.5. The second bathroom is in the rear of the RV, connected to the secondary bedroom
The spacious extra room has a slideout and a queen bed. Because that wasn’t enough space, Heartland also added a loft in the room above this bedroom. The loft has rails that are open to the bedroom below but it is accessed from a ladder outside the bedroom in the kitchen area.
The main living area features two recliners, a dining table, a kitchen island, and a fireplace with hidden storage behind it. This Corterra floorplan also includes a king-sized main bed, a slide-out clothing closet, and a washer and dryer hookup.
Milestone 386BH
Length: 43 feet, 3 inches
Another rear loft floorplan from Heartland is the Milestone 386BH. Like the Corterra model, this RV also has a rear bathroom. In this model, the loft is over the bathroom.
The rear bunkroom has a unique layout with two bunks on one side and a dinette with an additional overhead bunk on the other side. There is also a main bedroom suite in the front o f the RV with a king bed, a full bathroom, and a large closet.
Perfect for digital nomads, the rear room can easily be converted into an office while the loft is used for storage or a guest sleeping space.

Jayco Fifth Wheels with Lofts
Eagle 355MBQS
Length: 42 feet, 0 inches
Another mid-bunkhouse floorplan, the Eagle 355MBQS features a versatile bonus room with a sleeper sofa, fold-out bunk bed, and a desk. The oversized loft sits directly over the bonus room
New Jayco Eagle fifth wheels are full of modern features, including blackout roller shades, solid floors throughout, and a drinking water station in the kitchen.
The outside also has unique features, including a pull-out griddle, Goodyear tires, and solar power preps.
North Point 377RLBH
Length: 43 feet, 0 inches
Jayco’s North Point 377RLBH has a very similar floorplan to the company’s Eagle 355MBQS fifth wheel. It also features a middle room with a sleeper sofa, bunk, and desk.
The room is covered by a large loft space. While the Eagle bonus room is accessed through the hall, the North Point bonus room is accessed via a door in the kitchen.
Like the Eagle line, North Point’s fifth wheels also feature a modern interior design. Other notable features include solar prep, Goodyear tires, a fireplace with a lifting TV, an outdoor kitchen, washer and dryer preps, and a walk-in closet in the main bedroom.
Keystone Fifth Wheels with Lofts
Montana 3857BR
Length: 40 feet, 11 inches
The Keystone Montana 3857BR features both a bonus room and a loft with extra sleeping space. The bonus room in the middle of the RV includes a built-in sleeper sofa.
Above the bonus room is a loft space that can be used for storage or sleeping. With a king main bedroom and another pull-out sofa in the living area, this fifth wheel comfortably sleeps 8 people.
This Montana floorplan also features a large kitchen space with an island and a full-size pantry. Outside, chefs will also enjoy the outdoor kitchen with a cooktop and mini refrigerator. The interior décor features light wood cabinets and floors and marble-style countertops.

Avalanche 390DS

The Avalanche 390DS features two suites with queen-sized beds and full bathrooms. One bedroom sits in the rear of the RV and the other at the front. A loft, which is accessible from a ladder in the main living area, sits above the rear bedroom.
For complete privacy, the back bedroom includes a unique, secondary rear entrance door. Like most Montana RVs, the Avalanche features a modern interior design, including light wood cabinets, tile backsplashes, and no-carpet flooring.

Alliance Paradigm 380MP
Length: 40 feet, 11 inches
The Alliance Paradigm 380MP is a mid-bonus room fifth wheel with additional loft sleeping space. Inside the bonus room is a sleeper sofa, a desk, and a storage closet. Above the sofa is a power lift bunk bed that can be lowered and raised with the press of a button.
The lofted sleeping space is open on both sides so air flows through. Curtains provide privacy in the loft when needed. A sleeper sofa in the living area provides room for more kids.
The Paradigm floorplan also includes a main bedroom with a king bed and a huge closet. In the kitchen, campers will find a large island, dishwasher prep and a residential refrigerator.
Grand Design Reflection 367BHS
Length: 41 feet, 0 inches
Last, but not least on our list of fifth wheels with lofts is the Grand Design Reflection 367BHS. The mid-bonus room layout includes an overhead sleeping loft accessed via a hallway ladder. Inside the bonus room is a sleeper sofa, a storage closet, and a desk.
This Reflection floorplan also boasts a large pantry, an entertainment center with a swivel TV, an outdoor mini refrigerator, and double awnings. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed (king upgrade available), a large clothing closet, and washer and dryer hookups.
