Astoria / Warrenton / Seaside KOA Resort

First on our list of the best KOA campgrounds is the Astoria KOA Resort. This high-end RV park is located in coastal Oregon, just outside Fort Stevens State Park. The large resort has over 200 RV campsites with full hookups and gravel or asphalt pads.

For the best experience book a pull-thru KOA patio site, which includes a concrete patio, swing, outdoor dining table, barbeque grill and a fire pit.

Since the northwest can be chilly throughout the year, this KOA has an indoor swimming pool and hot tub that can be enjoyed all year.

Clearwater / Lake Tarpon KOA Holiday

Situated in a tropical setting between Tarpon Springs and Clearwater, Florida, this KOA Holiday has the most impressive landscape of any KOA in the country. With just over one hundred campsites, it is also a smaller KOA.
