Bethpage Camp-Resort
Location: Urbanna, Virginia
Bethpage Camp-Resort is a large RV resort situated along the banks of the Rappahannock River that runs into Chesapeake Bay, offering outstanding fishing. The resort is a kid’s paradise, with a full water park, a swimming beach with a floating trampoline, mini golf and an ice cream shop right on the premises.
Campers also have access to a marina with boat rentals, a dog park, a playground, basketball, volleyball, bike rentals and a poolside café. Bethpage is part of the Thousand Trails network, so members are able to enjoy all these perks for free!
The on-site water park at Bethpage Camp-Resort features multiple swimming pools and brightly colored water slides. The aquatic park also offers unique attractions, such as a lily pad obstacle course.
Adults traveling without kids will especially appreciate the adults-only swimming pool. Families with younger kids will really love the splash zone.
Camp Fimfo Texas Hill Country
Location: New Braunfels, Texas
Camp Fimfo is a Texas-sized resort located on the Guadalupe River in the state’s hill country. The resort offers RV campsites with full hookups, concrete patios and charcoal grills.
There is no end to the fun activities at Camp Fimfo. On-site amenities include a miniature golf course, gem mining, a jump pillow, pickleball and tennis courts and even a roller coaster! Those who prefer spending time in nature can fish or tube on the river.
Campers at Camp Fimfo do not even need to cook for themselves. On-site dining and beverage options include a food truck, a swim-up bar, a tavern and concession stand with ice cream and pizza.
The water park at Camp Fimfo includes a huge swimming pool, a splash playground with two water slides, two kiddie slides and hydrostorm bucket, two exciting tube slides and two thrilling speed slides.
Camp Margaritaville RV Resort at Lanier Islands
Location: Buford, Georgia
Located an hour’s drive north of Atlanta on the shores of Lake Lanier, Camp Margaritaville RV Resort at Lanier Islands is the ultimate weekend getaway. The resort offers large, full hookup RV campsites, many of which are directly on the water.
On-site amenities at the RV park include a natural beach, shuffle board courts and a boat ramp. Campers can also rent golf carts so they can drive to all the Margaritaville attractions including a beach with waterfront bars and restaurants.
The resort also houses a large water park with several slides, a wave pool, a Raging River ride, an aquatic adventure course, a zip line and a fun zone for small children.
In the winter, when the water park is closed, families will enjoy Snow Island, which offers a snow tubing hill and an ice skating rink
Sun Outdoors Myrtle Beach
Location: Conway, South Carolina
Sun Outdoors Myrtle Beach (formerly Carolina Pines RV Resort) is a Sun Outdoors resort located just 15 minutes west of North Myrtle Beach. The large RV park offers over 500 campsites. All of the sites have full hookups for RVs, concrete patios and brick fire rings.
Their Elite campsites also have large, curvilinear concrete patios with upgraded outdoor furniture. All campers also have access to free Wi-Fi.
The resort is full of premium amenities include a miniature bowling alley, a miniature golf course, a fitness center, pickleball courts, a large arcade, a yoga studio and two swimming pools.
Carolina Splash, the resort’s on-site water park, has twisting water slides, a family pool, waterfalls, a splash pad, a lazy river and poolside cabanas with food and drink service.
Gator Grounds RV Park
Location: Bunkie, Louisiana
Gator Grounds RV Resort offers fun amenities for the entire family. Each of the 120 RV campsites has full hookups, a picnic table and fire ring. However, campers at Gator Grounds are usually away from their site enjoying all of the exciting amenities.

The water park at Gator Grounds includes both indoor and outdoor attractions. Outside, kids and adults will enjoy five thrilling water slides. Most of these slides require children to be at least 42-inches tall.
For campers who prefer a more relaxing water experience, the park also offers a lazy river. Cooper Island, the indoor water park facility at Gator Grounds, features a water slide, two pools, a spa, and a splash pad area with a small children’s slide.
Lake George RV Park
Location: Lake George, New York
Lake George RV Park is another epic family RV resort. The park has 400 full hook-up RV sites with cable TV and free Wi-Fi. However, campers will have little time to watch TV with all the exciting amenities at Lake George RV Park.
On-site features include biking and hiking trails, tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard and a playhouse with free live entertainment. A trolley is available to shuttle campers between all the activities.

Cascade Cove is Lake George RV Park’s on-site water park. The exciting aquatic park features a fully accessible zero entry swimming pool, a large hot tub cluster that seats 38 people and an exciting interactive spray feature with 32 interactive spray events including a huge dumping bucket and enclosed twisting slide.
Lake Rudolph RV Resort
Location: Santa Claus, Indiana
Sun Outdoors’ Lake Rudolph RV Resort has twice been named National RV Park of the Year. The award-winning park is located in Santa Claus, which is know as America’s Christmas Hometown.
Lake Rudolph offers several fun amenities for families, including a mini golf course, a dog park, a large swimming pool, golf cart rentals, sports courts and character visits with the park’s mascot, Rudolph the Reindeer.
Lake Rudolph RV Resort also attracts families because of their on-site water park, Santa’s SplashDown. Santa’s SplashDown features two large tube slides and RainDeer WaterWorks water playground, a wet playground with slides, fountains and a giant bucket dumping thousands of gallons of water every few minutes.
Private cabanas rentals are available within the water park.
Nashville Shores Lakeside Resort
Location: Hermitage, Tennessee

Sherkston Shores Beach Resort Campground
Location: Sherkston Shores, Ontario
The only Canadian park on our list of RV parks with water parks, Sherkston Shores Beach Resort Campground is an amazing spot for a summer camping vacation. Located on the beautiful sandy shores of Lake Erie, the resort has a 2.5 mile beach for campers to enjoy.
The park also has several unique amenities, including an aerial ropes course, an arcade, a pizza restaurant and a FunPlex center with a bungee trampoline, a rock climbing wall and archery.
The resort’s water park features three large water slides and two swimming pools. The resort also offers a fun splash pad for small children. Adults will enjoying relaxing in lounge chairs and enjoying a drink from the poolside bar.
Guests can also enjoy more water fun on the lake by renting a water tryke or trying wakeboarding in the cable wakeboard park.
Splashway Waterpark and Campground
Location: Sheridan, Texas
For the perfect summer vacation in Texas, book a campsite at Splashway Waterpark and Campground. The campground offers a range of sites for everyone from tent campers to big rig owners.
Unique on-site amenities include putt putt, laser tag, pedal carts, jumping pads, a fishing pond, paddle boards and kayaks, volleyball courts, basketball courts, a dog park and golf cart rentals. Splashway’s waterpark is one of the largest on our list of RV parks with water parks. The expansive park includes a toddler area with kiddie pools and small slides. Bigger kids and adults will enjoy eleven different water slides with a variety of thrill levels.
The most adventures campers will enjoy shooting down the Loco Mono. Splashway also offers swimming pools, a lazy river, wave pools and more!
Sun Outdoors Frontier Town
Location: Berlin, Maryland
Edging the scenic shores of the Sinepuxent Bay, Sun Outdoors Frontier Town RV Resort and Campground is a premier northeast camping resort. The western-themed Sun Outdoors resort has several unique experiences, including an 1880s replica town with gold panning and stagecoach rides.
Campers can also book fishing charters or rent jet skis and pontoon boats from the on-site marina. Other fun amenities include a mini golf course, nature trails, a swimming pool and the Lazy River Saloon Restaurant and Bar.
Frontier Town’s water park features five thrilling water slides, including The Rattler, a 500-foot twisting slide. Less adventurous campers will enjoy floating on the lazy river or playing with their kids in the splash area.
Cabana rentals are available for a relaxing day chilling poolside with snacks and drinks from the park’s bar.
Sun Outdoors Sarasota
Location: Sarasota, Florida
Sun Outdoors Sarasota is a luxury Florida RV resort. The RV parks offers spacious, full hookup campsites with grass and shade trees. Campers will enjoy the park’s large outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, mini golf course, disc golf course and several sports courts.
The on-site health club is a great perk for travelers looking to stay in shape. The club features an Olympic-size heated lap pool, a state-of-the-art fitness room, an outdoor workout playground, a sauna and a steam room.
This awesome Sarasota RV park also features a small water park. The water park’s main feature is a mega water slide with tons of twists and turns.
A splash pad with fun water features is also available for smaller children. Kids can enjoy all of the fun land and water features at Sun Outdoors Sarasota during the resort’s annual summer day camps.
Venture River RV Park
Location: Eddyville, Kentucky
Venture River RV Park is great family camping destination in Kentucky. The 50-site campground is located on-site at Venture River Waterpark. 40 of the RV park’s sites are RV campsites with full or partial hookups.
Some of the RV sites back-up directly onto the campground’s lake. The campground offers basic amenities, including bathhouses, a playground, a camp store and fishing.
Campers also receive their second day free to the connected water park. The park offers tons of water slides, a wave pool, a kids’ zone for small children, snack stands and sand volleyball.
Families can also rent furnished cabanas to get some shade and take break.
Wawaloam Campground
Location: Sarasota, Florida
Wawaloam Campground, named after a Nipmuck Native American princess, is a family playground. The RV park is located in central Rhode Island, and has spacious full and partial hookup campsites.
Wawaloam has become famous for their Friday night dinner and Sunday morning breakfast menus. The campground’s head chef uses local produce and seafood right off the boat to create fantastic meals!
Other amenities at Wawaloam include sports courts, a snack bar, coffee bar and miniature golf. The RV park also hosts activities, such as dances and movie nights, every weekend during the busy summer season.
However, the best features are the water features, which include a swimming pool and a children’s splash pad. The highlight of the small water park is the Hyrdro-Fury, a giant water slide with 287 feet of twisting fun!
Water-Zoo Campground
Location: Clinton, Oklahoma
Last, but not least on our list of RV parks with water parks is the Water-Zoo Campground. It is also the only campground on our list that is connected to an indoor water park that is open on weekends throughout the year!
The RV park at Water-Zoo offers full hookup campsites with concrete pads, including several pull-thru sites for big rigs. The campground is pet-friendly, and even has two corrals for horses.
As a Good Sam park, members receive 10% off nightly stays. Campers can also purchase a package that includes camping as well as admission to the connected water park.
Inside the water park, campers will find four-story water slides, a slideboarding game, small water slides for the little kids, a splash pool, an activity pool, a wave pool, a lazy river and a food court. The roof of the water park is retractable, so everyone can enjoy the fresh air when the weather is warm outside.
